Shoei Ex-Zero Matt Black Helmet. Full face helmet with personality, designed for those looking for a unique retro aesthetic. The new Ex-Zero is inspired by the lines of the "Ex" series of the 1980s Shoei. With a very compact and refined design, Shoei has applied its most advanced technology derived from the current helmets.
Safety:
Outer shell (external structure) consisting of AIM (Advanced Integrated Matrix): organic and multi-composite fibers from various layers of fibers that provide a cap that absorbs impact with optimal stiffness and elasticity.
The inner shell (internal structure) in double density EPS that offers a high degree of impact absorption.
It incorporates the EQRS system (Emergency Quick Release System), which facilitates the removal of the helmet in the event of an accident, using the quick-release system of the side padding.
Double ring closure.
Comfort
3 external shell sizes (external structure) for a better fit in every size.
3D central padded for maximum comfort.
Internal padding completely removable and washable.
Stuffed in the area of the ears to obtain greater sound insulation.
Stuffed in several layers of polyurethane of different densities in the cheek area.
Interior leather finishes, which enhance even more its retro design.
Finished in Nabuk inside the visor area to avoid possible reflections.
Ventilation:
The ventilation system consists of 6 chokes of air in the chin, which channels the air towards the visor to prevent fogging and provides fresh air in the area of the face.
Aerodynamics:
In the Shoei Ex-Zero above all aerodynamics worked to offer maximum aerodynamic efficiency. It is characterized by having a cap with a compact, clean and rounded shape.
The chin area takes a sharp shape to offer less resistance to air.
Visor
The visor chosen for the Shoei Ex Zero is the CJ-3, which guarantees excellent performance without sacrificing the vintage style. The shape of the CJ-3 visor is completely integrated with the helmet design.
It is adjustable in 3 positions and has a rounded shape to emulate the shape of the classic glasses.
The mechanism favors a quick replacement without the use of tools.
With the visor completely hidden or removed, it is possible to integrate off-road glasses.
